Baseball - Minors
Minors Divisions: Our Minors divisions offer a progressive and dynamic baseball experience for players aged 9 to 10. This program is designed to build foundational skills and advance strategic understanding as players grow.
Spring Season
Lower Minors (Ages 9): This division introduces players to live, player-pitched baseball. The focus is on developing core skills in throwing, catching, and hitting, while introducing fundamental game concepts like defensive roles, leading off, and stealing. It's a structured environment that balances learning with the excitement of competition.
Upper Minors (Ages 10): Serving as a crucial transition to Majors, this division refines the skills learned in Lower Minors. Players focus on improving pitching command, executing more advanced defensive plays like double plays, and engaging in more aggressive, situational base running. This is a more competitive environment that sharpens strategic decision-making.
Fall Season
Combined Minors (Ages 9 & 10): The fall season combines Lower and Upper Minors into a single division. This unified approach builds on the foundations of the spring seasons, allowing players to continue enhancing their strategic decision-making and competitive skills in a blended age environment. It's a great opportunity for both younger players to learn from older teammates and for older players to reinforce their skills.
