Softball - Minors

Minors Softball (Little League Age 9 & 10): This is the first level of kid-pitch softball offered at ULL. Minors is a hybrid of girls pitching with a coach coming in to pitch after four balls have been thrown. This division uses an 11-inch ball and a 35 ft pitching distance. Once the girls reach minors, ULL will host evaluation tryouts and a coaches draft. This is to create fair and balanced competition throughout the division and provide a suitable vehicle for team and individual skills development.
