Recorded from September 2026. Earlier revisions exist, but what changed on them was never written down, so they are left out rather than guessed at.

- A bat marked “Tee Ball” is not legal in Coach Pitch, Minors or Majors, even when it carries the USA stamp. The USA Baseball Tee Ball stamp certifies a bat for tee ball only, so the stamp alone does not make a bat legal. Umpires will remove it from play.
September 16, 2026
- A call-up plays outfield only and bats last, in every season and in the postseason. Softball’s rules had carried this all along; baseball’s had never stated it.
September 14, 2026
- Removed the Fall 2025 13U pitching clause, which had expired.

- GameChanger is named the official scorebook in every division, with what each division is expected to record. Pee Wee needs only the final score.
