GameChanger is the app ULL teams use for in-game scoring, stats, and live game streams. Coaches set up team accounts and parents subscribe to follow their team.

• Download the GameChanger app from the App Store or Google Play.
• Search for your team — coaches share a team code or invite link at the start of the season.
• Once subscribed you will get score updates, play-by-play, and access to the team livestream when one is running.

The video board displays the live score, inning, and team logos during games. Team parents and volunteers run the board on a rotating schedule.

Each field has a fixed camera that streams to GameChanger. Volunteers start, monitor, and end the stream from the press-box tablet.

Streams are available through GameChanger to fans who subscribe to a team. Streams typically begin 5-10 minutes before first pitch.

• Live games show a WATCH button at the top of the team feed.
• You can also watch on the web at gc.com.

ULL runs entirely on volunteers. Below are the most common parent-facing roles and where to sign up.

• Team Parent — coordinates the team communication, sign-ups, and snack rotation.
• Score Keeper — runs the GameChanger book during games.
• Scoreboard / Video Board Operator — runs the press box during games.
• Livestream Operator — starts and ends the stream from the press-box tablet.
• Concession Stand — staffs the snack bar in 2-hour shifts (sign-up via SignUpGenius).
• Gate / Field Setup — opens fields, drags the infield, and helps with weekend tournaments.
